  Do your windows and doors meet the Canadian regulations for window systems?

  Yes, all of our aluminum windows and doors are tested by CSA, and they are strictly made in accordance to those standards. Please see Compliance page for detailed performance values.

  Which window style do you recommend?

  It is your choice to choose the style depending on your needs and your own personal preference. The casement window is the classic window styles, it would be a great option if you would like to use blinds, since it is outward opening. However, our tilt and turn windows are dual actioned and they are better in energy efficiency. If you would like to know more about the difference between the different styles, please contact us, and we would be happy to assist you.

  What is the leading time between the placement and delivery of my order?

  The leading time is approximately 8-13 weeks from placement of order to delivery of order. Please see How it works for a more detailed ordering process.

  Since every order is unique and different, any sold product cannot be return. However all products are covered with our limited warranty for any factory defect.
